2015 – SGH Inc. and Dri-Design Honors Award Scholarship – Competition

An architecture competition which allows the pairing of students into teams of two. These teams spend a semester competing within their respective studios to move on to a final round. This final round consists of 3 pairs of finalists presenting to a jury of professional architects and designers from around the country, as well as public guests and viewers. After jury deliberation, David R. Alcala and I were selected as having designed and presented the best project of the 4th year studios. This opened many doors and opportunities, and I am grateful to SGH, Dri Design, and UNL for providing this opportunity to students and pushing their program.
